ClueStars is a two-player game where participants engage in duels. Each round consists of five questions that both players must answer. Players take turns answering questions and can influence the category of the questions by selecting from a set of randomly chosen categories.
Players have one hour to answer each question when it's their turn. If they fail to respond within the specified time, the opponent wins the round. Each question allows 30 seconds for a response, with four multiple-choice options provided, one of which is correct. Throughout the game, up to three hints are gradually revealed to assist in finding the right answer.
The quicker the correct answer is given, the more points are earned. Incorrect or unanswered questions result in zero points. The player with the highest total points at the end of the round wins the duel. Player duel statistics are tracked on individual profiles.
